Born and raised in Baudette, MN, Dylan Hancharyk is proud to serve the community he’s always called home. A 2016 graduate of Lake of the Woods High School, Dylan went on to earn a degree in Electrical Construction and Maintenance in Bemidji before returning to Lake of the Woods to pursue a career in real estate.
Now serving as the Mayor of Baudette, Dylan brings a unique understanding of the local area and a deep commitment to its growth and well-being. He is passionate about helping buyers and sellers navigate the local market with confidence and care.
An avid hunter and fisherman, Dylan embraces the outdoor lifestyle that defines northern Minnesota. He and his wife are raising two children in the area, continuing a family tradition of community involvement and love for the outdoors.
